Individual A La Carte videos will be emailed to you instantly after you place your order. Memberships and Build a Routine videos are automatically added to your Coach Center account. From there, you can share videos directly with your athletes through the Coach Center app. Athletes get their own login, watch on any device, and you can see who watched, what they watched, and for how long.

Yes. At checkout, select Pay by Purchase Order instead of entering a credit card. Then email your PO and tax-exempt certificate (if applicable) to service@cheerbuilder.com, referencing your order number. We'll send an invoice through your school's normal payment cycle. Access is granted once payment is approved.

For credit card purchases: instantly. You'll get a confirmation email and your videos appear in your Coach Center account right away.

For purchase order payments: access is granted once the PO is approved and payment is processed. If you need access sooner for an upcoming game or tryout, email service@cheerbuilder.com and we'll work with you.

Memberships give you access to a full catalog of choreography, training, chants, and routines for a flat annual rate. Individual videos work for coaches who only need one or two specific routines per season. If you're buying more than three or four videos a year, a membership almost always saves you money. Yes. Sharing with your athletes through Coach Center is the entire point. You can send any video you own directly to your roster, and athletes can watch on their own time, as many times as they need. What you cannot do is share your Coach Center login with another coach or program. Each membership covers one coach and their squad(s).

No. Build A Routine is sold separately and you can purchase a single routine without a membership. If you're using Build A Routine more than once a season, the Performance Membership includes it and pays for itself quickly.

Build A Routine includes a free music mix with every purchase, and you can also upload your own track. Pre-made routine videos (Game Day Routines, Sideline Dances, etc.) do not include music. We partner with Power Music Cheer for licensed cheer mixes and include a 20% discount code with every routine purchase.

Because all of our products are digital and delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds on completed downloads. We do offer free previews on every product, and our Custom Choreography service includes consultation before any work begins so you know exactly what you're getting. Build A Routine is a self-serve app where you assemble a routine from pre-built choreography blocks in about an hour. Custom Choreography is a done-for-you service where our team creates an original routine specifically for your squad, working from a consultation. BAR starts at $199, Custom Choreography starts higher and takes longer, but you get something nobody else has.

Yes. You own the right to perform any routine you purchase or build through Cheer Builder. Music licensing for competition use is your responsibility, which is why we recommend purchasing tracks through Power Music Cheer (or a similar licensed provider) rather than using unlicensed music.

Yes. Many of our pre-made routines are appropriate for both, and our memberships include the full library across both audiences. When browsing, look for the Youth Cheer and JV/Varsity collection pages, or filter by audience on any collection page.
